If a credit card %26quot;offer%26quot; comes in the mail, it doesn%26#039;t contain a credit card. It contains an application for credit, which you can either fill out and mail back, or fill out online. The letter does not guarantee approval, and nobody can steal it and use it for identity theft, since there%26#039;s nothing inside except for an application, and a colorful insert that lets you choose which card style of the 4 to 80 they have, to choose from!|||When you sign up to fill out these surveys, your actually giving away your phone number, address, or other information that helps them solicit other products to you later down the line. In addition, they sell your personal information to third parties that%26#039;s why you continue to get %26quot;junk mail%26quot; and spam emails. The only way to stop them is to request them to stop by either replying with an %26quot;Un-subscribe%26quot; request (in the spam email you receive there should be an unsubscribe link available) or write to them and request them to cease all communications with you whether it be through email, snail mail, or otherwise. They must comply. If you want to back up your request send it certified mail, they have to sign for it, which proves in a court of law that they did receive your request and will be unable to deny it further.

A credit card company verifies more then just your name. If someone was to use your information to obtain a credit card that is not you, that would be fraud and a federal offense. Punishable with fines and/or imprisonment. They would need you social security number, current and previous address%26#039;s, phone number, current work and salary information, etc. in order to open a successful line of credit in your name.|||mark those emails as spam... and shred that junk mail!|||I give up my job 4 years ago. After that,I began to seeking good and easy methods to earn money at home.
