Chase is very dangerous! They sent me a card I did not consent to--what can I do?

I received an offer and sent it back without signing it and writing a note that I did not agree to one of the terms and conditions and the next week, I received a card. There was no knowledge of my note when I called up, and I had the card canceled immediately.

Basically, Chase sent me a card without having me consent to the terms and conditions. In fact, in the signature box I wrote %26quot;I do not consent.%26quot;

I have 3 other credit cards with Chase. What should I do. I don%26#039;t just want to cancel, I want to make a point. Any ideas?
