how are the charges/tranc. fees charged for cash withdrawls using Aussie bank issued Credit card from ATMs in India?

1) would it be cheaper to withdraw cash (upto INR 100,000) over the counter from a bank?

2)Which bank/institution offers lowest trans. fees?

the best thing is to use your debit card as credit card with one with visa or mastercard logo. they can give you the best exchange rate.
